One-Pan Meals to Help Clients Hit Their Nutrition Goals


When life gets hectic, it’s always helpful to have a few go-to recipes on hand that are easy to prepare and don’t require a lot of dishes or prep work. We’ve put together a list of our favorite one-pan meals that your clients will appreciate on those busy days. Most of these recipes cook in under an hour and use ingredients that clients may already have on hand.

Breakfast

Breakfast is arguably one of the most important meals of the day. But it can be hard for clients to know what exactly to eat in the morning. Here are some one-pan dishes that will help them get up on the right side of the bed and receive the nutrients they need.

Johnny Appleseed Oatmeal

Oatmeal is another great one-pan breakfast because you can add so many different flavorings to it. We’re fond of this Johnny Appleseed Oatmeal that has warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

One-Pan Breakfast

Looking for a traditional, hearty breakfast? This One-Pan Breakfast is complete with eggs, bacon, and sausage. We’ve also added some mushrooms and avocado. Whip up this breakfast in just 15 minutes!

Sheet-Pan Blueberry Pancakes

Another breakfast classic is pancakes! But not all pancakes have to be cooked on the stove. Clients can save time in the morning by whipping up our Sheet-Pan Blueberry Pancakes. They have the same light and airy taste with less flipping at the stove.

Lunch

Clients can upgrade their sandwiches or freezer meals for some of these delicious one-pan recipes. Many of them can be prepared the night before and enjoyed as leftovers. Of course, clients working from home can also cook these quick recipes during their lunch break.

Cumin Salmon Sheet Pan

Once the oven is heated to 400℉, this Cumin Salmon Sheet Pan bakes for just 10 minutes. It has fresh green bell peppers and is seasoned with cumin, salt, pepper, and a dash of lime. The light, delicate fish is perfect for lunch!

High-Protein Chicken Sausage & Veggies

Our High-Protein Chicken Sausage & Veggies dish is just what your clients need to get them through the afternoon lull. Clients just have to throw all the ingredients onto a pan, and throw it in the oven!
